What we've learned servicing pools here
South Hill's defining service challenge is that the equipment room is often nowhere near the pool. Ravine lots and steep gradients mean equipment pads frequently sit on a different terrace, sometimes 10–20 metres of plumbing run away from the pool itself. That changes everything: line blow-out at closing takes longer, leaks are harder to locate (the leak is rarely where the symptoms show up), and chemistry timing is different because chemical-to-pool circulation takes longer. We map plumbing runs at first visit on every South Hill property — without that map, troubleshooting is guesswork.
