Field Operations

Junior Pool Technician

Join our field team and learn hands-on pool and hot tub care from experienced technicians. Ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in the trades.

Full-timeGreater Toronto Area — mobile service

What You'll Do

  • Assist senior technicians on weekly maintenance, openings, and closings
  • Test and balance water chemistry under supervision
  • Clean pools, skimmer baskets, and equipment areas to company standards
  • Load and unload service vehicles; keep tools and supplies organized
  • Document visit notes and photos for customer service reports
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean abstract
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for full shifts
  • Positive attitude and reliable attendance

Nice to Have

  • Experience in landscaping, trades, or hospitality
  • Pool & spa operator certification (we support training)
  • Familiarity with the GTA and local neighbourhoods

CompensationCompetitive hourly rate + paid training. Seasonal performance bonus.
