What we've learned servicing pools here
Thornhill's most consistent service pattern is the bimodal install distribution. About 40% of pools here date from the 1985-1995 wave of suburban subdivision pool installations; another 35-40% are from the 2010+ infill-and-renovation wave. Almost nothing in between. The implication is that our Thornhill tech has to switch service profiles constantly: original-plumbing handling and legacy equipment on one property, then modern automation and saltwater on the next house. We rotate techs based on dual expertise rather than tenure here — first-year techs do not handle the full Thornhill area alone.
