By using the Toronto Pool Care website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking pool or hot tub service.

Services and quotes

All quotes are based on the information provided and an assessment of your property. Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ from what was described. We will communicate any changes before performing additional work.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to your pool or hot tub area at the scheduled time, including gate access and a clear path for our technicians. If we cannot access the property, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed in your service quote or invoice. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of recurring maintenance service.

Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment defects, hidden plumbing issues, or damage caused by deferred maintenance beyond the scope of the agreed service.
