What we've learned servicing pools here
Kleinburg's defining service challenge is the rural-character lot patterns. Many estate properties sit on lots large enough that the equipment room can be a 5+ minute walk from the pool through landscape, and some properties have separate equipment rooms for the main pool, the spillover spa, the water features, and the pool house. This dramatically changes how we plan visits: chemistry-to-pool circulation takes longer, leak detection is harder because plumbing runs are long and partially buried, and seasonal shutdown is genuinely a multi-stage process. First-visit documentation always includes a complete property mapping — without it, troubleshooting becomes guesswork.
