What we've learned servicing pools here
Lytton Park has more pools approaching the 'renovate or maintain' decision than almost any other Toronto neighbourhood right now — many installations from the late 1980s and 1990s are simultaneously aging into liner replacement, equipment-room overhaul, and shell resurfacing windows. We treat opening visits here as planning visits, not just startup visits. The opening report typically includes a section on which infrastructure has 1–3 seasons left versus 5+ seasons — so the household can sequence renovation decisions instead of being forced into them after a failure.
