What we've learned servicing pools here
Hogg's Hollow's valley topography creates a specific service challenge: drainage and equipment-room moisture. Pumps and electrical components on properties tucked into the valley often deal with higher ambient humidity than equivalent equipment rooms a few blocks away on elevated ground. This shortens electrical component life on poorly-ventilated equipment pads — pump motor brushes, control board capacitors, and salt-cell flow switches all degrade faster in damp environments. Proper ventilation on the equipment pad and proactive humidity monitoring extends component life significantly, and we flag this during first-visit documentation.
